• Qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 5,000m and the 10,000m.
• Set a personal and team-best result in the 10,000m at the ACC Championships with a time of 33:24.61.
• Set a team and personal-best mark in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 16:19.40
2013-14 Indoor Track and Field
• Competed in five events, registering a first-place finish in the DMR at the Hokie Invitational and a third-place mark at the High Point Invitational.
• Set a team-best and personal-best result of 16:28.84 in the 5,000m in the UCS Invitational.
• Competed in the 3,000m and the 5,000m at the ACC Championships.
2013 Outdoor Track and Field
• Competed in the 10,000m, 5,000m and 1,500m events during the season
• Finished 11th in the 10,000m at the NCAA Championships to earn second-team All-America honors
• Placed 12th in the 10,000m at NCAA East prelims with a new career-best time of 33:49.22
• Clocked a new personal-best of 16:13.31 in the 5,000m at Stanford's Payton Jordan Invitational
