2014 Outdoor Track and Field
Qualified for the NCAA East Regional in the 3,000m steeplechase for the fourth straight season.
Finished sixth at the ACC Championships in the steeplechase with a time of 10:31.60.
Took second place in the 1,500m at the Wolfpack Last Chance with a time of 4:24.03, the second-best career mark in the 1,500m.
Also competed in the 5,000m at the ACC Championships.
Finished in second-place in the mile at the Carolina Relays with a time of 5:00.47.

2013-2014 Indoor Track and Field
Competed in four meets, registering a pair of top five finishes in the mile at both the Hokie Invitational and UCS Invitational. Took ninth place in the 3,000m at the High Point Invitational.

2013 Outdoor Track
• Made six appearances during the season
• Qualified for NCAA East prelims in the steeplechase
• Clocked the fourth-fastest steeplechase time in program history in 10:15.19
• Set that markat Stanford's Payton Jordan Invitational and finished in second place
• Finished second in the 1500m with a new personal-best time of 4:23.04 at the Wolfpack Last Chance Meet
• Placed ninth in the 5000m at the ACC Championships at 16:31.71

2012-13 Indoor Track
• Competing unattached, won the mile and 3000m at the Kent Taylor Invitational
• Recorded a 4:55.02 in the mile at the Kent Taylor Invitational to finish first
• Posted a 9:59.46 in the 3000m at the Kent Taylor Invitational to claim the top spot

2012 Outdoor Track
• Ran a new collegiate-best time of 4:26.96 in the 1,500m
• Placed seventh in the 3,000m steeplechase at the ACC Championships
• Ran a season-best time of 10:22.17 in that event at the Raleigh Relays
• Qualified for the NCAA East Regional Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase

2011-12 Indoor Track
• Ran a collegiate-best time of 4:48.88 in the mile
• Finished 10th in the mile at the ACC Championships

2011 Outdoor Track
• Enjoyed a break-out season outdoors, earning All-ACC honors in the 3,000m steeplechase with a third-place finish at the ACC Outdoor Championships
• Followed that race up with a sixth place finish in the 5,000m in a collegiate-best time of 16:47.41
• Qualified for the NCAA East prelims in the steeplechase
