2016 Outdoor Track:
- Finished the season ranked 7th nationally in the steeplechase with a time of 8:39.26
- Won bronze at the ACC Championships in the steeplechase with a huge PR of 8:39.26, which helped the team finish second overall
- Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in the 5,000m and steeplechase, finishing 13th in the steeple and 29th in the 5,000m
- Took 11th in the ACC Championship 5,000m, just a day after winning bronze in the steeplechase
- Was 2nd in his heat at the Stanford Invitational 5,000m, running 13:58.10 to open the season
- Set PRs in the 1,500m, steeplechase and 5,000m during the season
- Ran 3:40.69 in the 1,500m at the Virginia Challenge to finish 12th overall
- Opened his steeplechase season at Payton Jordan, running 8:59.21
- Scored points for the team in both the DMR and 3,000m at the ACC Championships
- Helped break the DMR school record, running 9:39.01 to finish the year in the top-20 national lists
- Opened the season with a 4:08.40 mile at the Vanderbilt Invitational
- Set his 3,000m PR of 8:08.94 at the ACC Championships, finishing 7th overall
- Took seventh in the DMR at ACCs with a time of 9:49.05
2015 Cross Country:
- Filled a key spot as the team’s second runner, transferring from Washington as a fifth-year transfer
- Tabbed the best transfer in the country by Flotrack
- Helped the team return to the NCAA Championships
- Led the team in his debut race, finishing fourth overall in 23:53.8 at the ND Invite, leading the team to a second-place finish
- Had a huge kick over the final 1,000m to take 23rd at the Wisconsin Invite with a time of 23:54.1
- Earned All-ACC honors at the ACC Championships, finishing ninth overall and helping the team clinch second place
- Earned NCAA All-Southeast Region honors, finishing fourth overall and side-by-side with Parsons
- Finished 130th at the NCAA XC Championships
At Wasington:
Track:
- Finished 21st overall in the semifinals of the 3,000m steeplechase to earn All-America honorable mention
- Recorded a PR PR at NCAA West Prelims in Austin, going 8:48.19 to take 11th overall
- Placed fifth in the steeple at the 2015 Pac-12 Championships in 8:52.63
- First race of the outdoor season was a memorable win in the steeplechase at the Pepsi Team Invite where he kicked hard and caught an Oregon runner at the line who did not realize he was coming, resulting in a highlight that went viral online and on television
Cross Country:
- Helped lead the Huskies back to the NCAA Championships for the first time since 2009, running in the top-seven at all six races and in the top-four at five of the six meets
- Scored for UW at all three postseason races
