- Ran a leg of the 11th-place 3:14.33 4x400 team at the ACC Championships

2015 Cross Country:
- Competed five times during the season
- Scored for the team at the season opener at the adidas XC Challenge, finishing 12th overall in 15:28.3
- Led the Pack at the Wake Forest Invite in 25:47.30, finishing 32nd overall
- Was the team’s sixth runner at the ACC Championships, finishing 62nd in 25:19.5
- Competed at the NCAA XC Championships, finished as the team’s seventh runner
2015 Outdoor Track and Field:
- Ran six times during the season and recorded three top-10 finishes
- Set a season-high time in the 800m at the App State Invite to qualify for the ACC Championships
- Ran a leg of the 4x400 team at the Duke Invitational
- Finished sixth in the 800m at the Duke Invitational
- Recorded a time of 3:55.56 at the Raleigh Relays in the 1,500m run
2014-15 Indoor Track and Field:
- Set a new PR in the 800m, shaving .7 seconds off his previous time
- Set a PR in the 1,000m at the Hokie Invite, crossing the finish line in 2:29.30
- Recorded seven top-10 finishes during the season
2014 Cross Country:
- Competed in two events on the season.
- Ran in the Covered Bridge Invitational, clocking a time of 26:30.25.
- Also participated in the Wolfpack Invitational, posting a mark of 15:32.3 to finish 20th in the overall standings.
2014 Outdoor Track and Field:
- Took part in three events, all exclusively in the 800m.
- Finished fifth at the Wolfpack last Chance (1:50.57), 18th at the Virginia Challenge (1:52.49) and 19th in qualifying at the ACC Championships (1:51.77).
2013-14 Indoor Track and Field:
- Competed in six events for the Wolfpack, three as an individual and three as part of a relay team.
- Finished in first place in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) events at the Hokie Invitational and High Point Invitational.
- His time of 9:56.29 in the DMR at the High Point Invitational with Graham Crawford, Craig Engels and Brian Davis set a team-best performance in the event for the year.

- Garnered an fourth place result at Three Stripe Invitational (15:27.3) and an 11th place finish at the Wolfpack Invitational (15:81.1).

2013 Outdoor Track and Field:
- Competed at five meets during the season.
- Clocked the second-fastest 800m time in program history in 1:50.37 at the Wolfpack Last Chance Meet.
- Recorded a 3:54.72 time in the 1,500m at UNC's Kent Taylor Invitational.
2012-13 Indoor Track and Field:
- Competed in six events for the Wolfpack, three as an individual and three as part of a relay team.
- Finished in first place in the Distance Medley Relay (DMR) events at the Hokie Invitational and High Point Invitational.

2012 Outdoor Track and Field:
- Redshirted the season
- Ran a season-best time of 1:51.85 in the 800m at the Raleigh Relays, running unattached
2011-12 Indoor Track and Field:
- Won an ACC Championship as part of the distance medley relay that took home the gold in a school record time of 9:40.05
- Ran a collegiate-best time of 1:52.87 in the 800m
2011 Cross Country:
- Redshirted the season
- Competed unattached Sept. 16 at the adidas Cross Country Challenge and came in 21st
- Finished 15th while running unattached at the Tribe Open on Oct. 15, running the 8k course in 26:31
- Placed 14th at the Three Stripe Red Shirt Invitational
Prep/Personal:
- Ran cross country and track at Woodridge High School for coach Jeff Howard
- Earned All-Ohio honors in cross country as a junior and senior
- Was state runner-up in cross country as a sophomore in 2009, and district and regional champion as a senior in 2010
- Won a pair of state championships in the 4x800-meter relay in track and field
- Was state runner-up in the 800 meters as a senior
- Was a member of four state cross country championships at Woodridge, which also produced current NC State runners Brian Himelright and Erin Mercer, and former Wolfpack All-Americans Bob Henes and Katie Sabino
