- Picked up his first career win on March 23 at UNCW, tossing 1.2 shutout innings with a career-best two strikeouts

- Earned all-state honors as a junior, as he ranked 2nd in strikeouts (91), 4th in strikeouts per innings pitched and 4th in wins in the state of North Carolina
