#21 Wolfpack Travels to Columbus for Ohio State Quad

COLUMBUS, Ohio – No. 21 NC State gymnastics is set to head to Columbus, Ohio for a quad meet at No. 20 Ohio State, along with No. 16 Penn State and Eastern Michigan inside the Covelli Center on Sunday, March 8. The meet will air live on Big Ten Network Plus at 2 p.m. ET.
Last Time Out
NC State is coming off a successful multi-quad meet weekend, opening with its first quad meet victory of the season on Friday, Feb. 27 with a 196.700 to top New Hampshire (195.175), George Washington (194.125) and Yale (192.125) inside Reynolds Coliseum.
The Pack followed with a season-high 197.150 on Sunday, March 1 at a quad meet hosted by Towson, defeating the Tigers (195.675), West Virginia (196.350) and Ursinus (191.775). The score marked NC State's first 197.000+ away from Reynolds Coliseum since March 23, 2024.
The Last Time vs. This Weekend's Opponents
The Pack recorded one of its two 197.000+ scores during its Senior Night against Ohio State on March 7, 2025, topping the Buckeyes in a dual inside Reynolds Coliseum. Ohio State finished the meet with a 196.325.
NC State last competed against Penn State during a home quad meet on March 10, 2024, winning the contest with a 197.375. The Nittany Lions also reached the 197.000+ mark with a 197.000 to finish second.

NC State's beam lineup has continued to improve throughout the season, posting back-to-back season highs last weekend with a 49.300 at the home quad (Feb. 27) and a 49.400 at Towson (March 1). The Pack has recorded two 9.900 scores on beam this season, from Syniya Thomas and Autumn Rardin, both marking career highs.

NC State's season-best 197.150 at the Towson quad on March 1 marked its highest score away from Reynolds Coliseum since its ACC Championship-winning 197.550 on March 23, 2024. The Wolfpack recorded five scores of 9.900 in the meet, along with a season-high on beam and its second-best scores of the year on vault, bars and floor.
