RALEIGH, N.C. - The NC State volleyball team will head to Richmond, Virginia to take on VCU and Old Dominion at the VCU Invite.Â
The Pack will open play on Saturday at 6pm against the Rams on ESPN+ before facing the Monarchs on Sunday at 2pm. Sunday's match will not be streamed.Â

The Basics of the Matchup(s)
- NC State will visit VCU for the first time since 2019. The Pack holds a 19-6 advantage over the Rams in series history, having won four of the last five meetings.
- When the two programs met in 2024, Sophie Groom tallied six kills for the Pack as Sydney Daniels had two aces and Courtney Bryant had eight digs in the straight set win.
- Sunday's meeting with Old Dominion marks the first between the two programs.

- Three members of the Wolfpack have tallied four or more aces in a match this season - Elaisa Villar and Courtney Bryant (4), Lily Cropper (5).

- NC State joins Florida State as the only other school in the ACC to have three student-athletes tally four or more aces in a match this season (as of 9/16, credit to associate head coach Jeremiah Gonidakis on the assist with this).
- Bryant leads the conference in total service aces and service aces per set. She marked a career high four against both Green Bay and Nevada. Villar tallied her four against Coastal Carolina while Cropper tallied a team best five against Cleveland State.
