Adams ACC Men’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week

RALEIGH, N.C. – Tyson Adams has been named the ACC Men's Field Athlete of the Week for the first time in his career, the league announced Tuesday.
Adams competed at the LSU Alumni Gold meet in Baton Rouge, La., on April 26, where he earned second place in the long jump with a leap of 7.90m (25' 11"). His performance ranks him No. 6 in NCAA Division I this season and No. 4 on the program's all-time list.
Additionally, his mark currently stands as the top performance in the ACC this season.
