
Wolfpack Earn All-American Honors at NCAA Indoor Championship

VIRGINIA BEACH – The NC State Women's Track and Field team delivered an impressive performance at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, tying for 23rd place alongside North Carolina, Notre Dame, and West Virginia. Every athlete on the team earned a top-10 finish, securing All-American honors for their efforts.
5000m
Grace Hartman competed in the 5000m on Friday, setting a personal best of 15:11.10 to place sixth, earning First-Team All-American honors and claiming the fastest time in NC State history for the event.
Distance Medley Relay (DMR)
Kate Putman, Jordyn Parker, Angelina Napoleon, and Hannah Gapes represented NC State in the DMR, where they achieved a time of 10:55.11, securing sixth place and All-American honors.
3000m
Hartman and Gapes returned to action on Saturday to compete in the 3000m, each earning All-American honors. Hartman placed fifth with a time of 9:03.37 to earn First-Team All-American honors, while Gapes finished 10th in 9:04.35, securing Second-Team All-American honors.
