NC State Softball Invited to 2026 Shriners Children’s Clearwater Invitational

RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State softball team has been invited to the Shriners Children's Clearwater Invitational presented by EvoShield, the most prestigious non-conference softball tournament in the nation, for the 2026 season.
The Wolfpack will make its Clearwater debut Feb. 12-15 at the Eddie C. Moore Complex in Clearwater, Fla.
NC State is one of three ACC teams to be announced to the invitational field, joining Duke and Florida State. Six teams participating in 2026 also participated this past year, including the Seminoles, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, UCF, and UCLA.
Ticket information and schedule matchups with field assignments will be released in the fall. Fans should be aware that 70 percent of tickets sold for the 2025 event sold out on the on-sale date. Fans can keep updated with ticket information on NC State softball and Shriners Children's Clearwater Invitational socials, as well as ESPN Events for ticket information.
