
#4 Pack Welcomes Syracuse for Regular Season Finale

RALEIGH – Fourth-ranked NC State men's soccer is set to welcome Syracuse to Dail Soccer Stadium Friday night for the final match of the regular season slate. Kick-off is set for 6 p.m. in Raleigh.
The match will be televised on ACCNX here with commentary by Andrew Sanders and Danny Cameron, while live stats will be available on StatBroadcast here.
Fans wishing to attend the game are encouraged to come dressed in their Halloween costumes but should note…
1. Masks are allowed, but must be removed at the gate/door for entry.
2. Fake or replica weapons are not permitted at any time.
Due to construction on Morrill Dr., fans should expect major delays and allow more time to arrive on campus. For egress, patrons will be directed to use Cates Ave. to Pullen Road or Dan Allen Dr. to access Western Blvd.

Series History
• Friday's meeting marks the 15th contest between the NC State Wolfpack and the Syracuse Orange.
• The Wolfpack last met with the Orange in 2023, meeting in Raleigh for the regular season finale, which resulted in a 1-1 draw and then again in the ACC Tournament in New York, which handed the Pack a 5-0 loss. NC State has not beat Syracuse since 2021.

• The Wolfpack started the season ranked at No. 14 in the preseason United Soccer Coaches poll, where it finished last season. After just week one of the regular season, the squad landed at eighth in the country, the last time the program was ranked that high was in September of 2018.
• The team has bested its highest-ever ranking in the United Soccer Coaches poll three times this season. The previous best for the program was No. 8 set in 2018, this season the team has landed at No. 8, No. 5, No. 2, and finally No. 1.
• NC State was picked to finish eighth in a competitive Atlantic Coast Conference that features four of the nation's preseason top 10 teams according to the United Soccer Coaches Poll.
• A win over Queens to start the season moved the team's season-opening record under Marc Hubbard to 2-0.
• A crowd of 5,083 fans at the game vs. North Carolina on Sept. 5 set a new Dail Soccer Stadium attendance record.
• NC State was the last school in the entire NCAA to concede a goal.
