
#22 Pack Men’s Tennis Prepares For Consecutive Ranked Road Matches

RALEIGH, N.C. – 21st-ranked NC State men's tennis continues their long non-conference road stretch by traveling to 17th-ranked Michigan on Friday and sixth-ranked Columbia on Sunday.

• Friday's match with No. 17 Michigan is set for a 5 p.m. start time in Ann Arbor at the Varsity Tennis Center. Admission is free to fans.
• Sunday's match with No. 6 Columbia is set for a 2:30 p.m. start time in New York at the Phillip & Cheryl Milstein Family Tennis Center. Fans at home will be able to follow along with the live stream here and live scores here.
Series History with Michigan (leads 4-3)
• Friday's dual-match marks the eighth meeting between the Wolfpack and the Wolverines. NC State leads the series over Michigan by just one victory.
• The series began in 2008 but the two last faced each other two seasons ago (February of 2023) in Raleigh in that resulted in a 0-4 loss for the Wolfpack.
Series History with Columbia (trails 0-1)
• Sunday's dual-match marks the just the second meeting between the Wolfpack and the Lions.
• The two faced each other this past season (February of 2024) for the first time ever in Raleigh which resulted in a 3-4 loss for the Wolfpack.
Last Time Out
NC State defeated LSU and ninth-ranked Mississippi State each by a 4-1 score, winning their ITA Kickoff regional and qualifying the program for ITA National Team Indoors next month.

• A doubleheader win to open the season made the Pack 8-0 in winning season premiere matches with head coach Kyle Spencer at the helm of the program.
• After defeating No. 9 Mississippi State by a 4-1 score on the road, the team qualified for ITA National Team Indoors for the first time since the 2020 season. The win marked the first top-10 win for the program since the 2022 season.
• Going undefeated in doubles and singles against No. 21 Harvard, LSU, and No. 9 Mississippi State all in the same week, Jules Leroux and Luca Staeheli claimed all of the ACC Weekly Awards as announced by the conference office on Tuesday, January 28. Staeheli was named Player of the Week, Leroux was named Freshman of the Week and the two together were named the Doubles Team of the Week.
