Wolfpack Set to Host Hokies and Cavaliers for Opening Weekend of ACC Play

RALEIGH, N.C. -- The NC State volleyball team is set to host Virginia Tech and Virginia for opening weekend of conference play. The Pack will host the Hokies at 7pm on Friday, Sept. 27 before facing the Cavaliers on Sunday, Sept. 29Â at 1pm -- both games will be streamed on ACCNX.Â
The Wolfpack enters conference play with an overall record of 5-3, while the Hokies are 6-4 and the Cavaliers are 10-1.Â

- Friday's match up the Hokies will be the 34th meeting between the two programs. Virginia Tech holds a 19-14 advantage in the series, but NC State has won the last 11 meetings dating back to 2015.
- Sunday's meeting with the Cavaliers will mark the 46th between the two teams. The Pack won the last 12 meetings, dating back to 2016, despite the Cavaliers leading the series, 27-18.
