
Wolfpack Records Pair of Ranked Victories to Open 2024-25 Fall Schedule

GREENVILLE, S.C. – NC State women's tennis opened its 2024-25 campaign this past weekend at the Debbie Southern Furman Fall Classic with six members of the Wolfpack competing against opponents from 13 Division I programs.
In singles, the Wolfpack recorded two ranked wins with Gabriella Broadfoot and Kristina Paskauskas each notching ranked victories over foes from Georgia Tech. Broadfoot earned a win over No. 51 Kylie Bilchev 7-6 (6), 6-3, while Paskauskas notched a 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 victory over No. 117 Kate Sharabura.
Freshman Mia Slama won all three of her singles matches over the weekend, defeating opponents from Kentucky, Ohio State and Clemson in straight sets.
In doubles, the tandems of Maddy Zampardo and Broadfoot and Kristina Paskauskas and Jasmine Conway each won multiple matches. Paskauskas and Conway went 3-1 over the weekend, while the pairing of Zampardo and Broadfoot went 2-1.
