Pack Concludes Regular Season at Liberty Twilight Qualifier, Aggie Invitational

RALEIGH - The NC State track and field team wraps up the regular season this week as it competes in the Liberty Twilight Qualifier in Lynchburg, VA and the NC A&T Aggie Invitational in Greensboro, NC.

The Pack is coming off of a successful weekend of competition at Penn Relays.
Leah Stephens debuted in and won the women's 10,000m with a time of 33:09.25. NC State veteran Kelsey Chmiel returned to the track and placed second in the event with a time of 33:15.66.
The women's 4x1500m team consisting of Grace Hartman, Amaris Tyynismaa, Hannah Gapes, and Sam Bush finished in first place with a time of 17:03.29. This time is the second-best in NC State history and third-best in NCAA history.
Sydney Freeman turned in a mark of 55.79m in the women's hammer throw to finish in third place.
In the men's 3000m steeplechase, Brett Gardner clocked in at 8:36.23 to finish second and establish the fourth-best time in school history.
Ta'Honny Exum took home a podium-finish in the women's shot put with a second-place throw of 14.82m.
