New Faces and New Places
• The Wolfpack lineup will look much different this year between graduated members, (Alex Faison, Trent Hidlay, and Jarrett Trombley), redshirts returning (Matty Singleton and Isaac Trumble), redshirts leaving (Jackson Arrington and Ryan Jack), and rising freshmen.
• The red-and-white welcomed their new associate head coach, Zack Esposito, to the team back in April. He joins after being a coach at USA Wrestling and prior to that, Oklahoma State.
• Two-time All-American, Kai Orine, has bumped up to the 141 weight class for his final round of college wrestling while the previous holder of that starting position, Ryan Jack, takes the year to redshirt. Speaking of Orine, Kai's little brother, Draegen, is a new face in the program coming in as a freshman competing in the 133 pound weight class.
• In total, the team has welcomed 11 freshmen to the 2024-25 roster, each boasting their own impressive accolades from their high school careers around the nation.
• Matty Singleton and Isaac Trumble re-enter competition for the Pack after taking the 2023-24 season to redshirt and compete on the world stage. Both were featured in the 2022-23 lineup, but will return entering new weight classes (Singleton at 174 and trumble at 285).
