
Pack to Face UVA for Regular Season Finale

RALEIGH, N.C. -- The Wolfpack volleyball team (21-7, 11-6) is set to face Virginia (10-16, 3-13)Â in Charlottesville for the team's final match of the regular season. Wednesday's meeting will begin at 7pm EST and can be streamed on ACCNX.Â

- Wednesday's meeting will be the last match of the regular season for the Wolfpack
- The Cavaliers hold a 27-17 advantage in the series history, but the Wolfpack have won the last 11-meetings
- In the October meeting with UVA, Courtney Bryant led the Pack offensively with 12 kills and two service aces
- Senior libero Skye Stokes has totaled a service ace in exactly half of the team's matches this season
- Her jump serve, which makes any gym she's in go silent, always shocks opponent due to the spin and speed
- She leads the Pack with 42 aces and counting, a stat that ranks 6th in the ACC

- The squads 10-match win-streak (matches from Aug. 26 to Sept. 22) was the longest since 2014 and with Slabe at the helm
- The win over No. 5 Louisville marked the first win over a top-five team, first win over a ranked team in Reynolds, and the second win over a top-25 team in program history
- NC State also received votes in the October 2 AVCA Coaches Poll (no record of this occurring before)
- In the first RPI ranking of the 2023 season (released on Oct. 3), the Pack ranked in at 27th, a program best, and was one of five ACC schools in the top-30
- The win at UNC was the first win for the Pack on the Tar Heels home court since 1997 (25 years!)
- After the win at Virginia Tech, the 2023 squad marked the first 20 win season since 2017 (the last time the Pack played in the post season)
