NC State faces High Point in midweek showdown

RALEIGH, NC – NC State returns home on Tuesday, hosting High Point in a midweek match.

The contest will start at 7 pm and air on ACCNX.

The Wolfpack is 6-3 at Dail Soccer Stadium this season. The Panthers (7-2-3) are the fourth Big South opponent to visit Raleigh this year. NC State (6-8) is 3-0 against the Big South this year with wins over Radford, USC Upstate and Gardner-Webb.

Will Buete scored a goal in the first half to tie the match at 1, but NC State gave up a goal late in the second half, falling to No. 15 Duke, 2-1, in Durham. Freshman goalie Samuel Terranova had a season-high eight saves in his first start for the Wolfpack.
