
NC State Returns Home for Thursday Night Game Versus Miami

RALEIGH – After a two-game road stretch, Wolfpack women's basketball (13-5, 3-4 ACC) returns home on Thursday night to host the Miami Hurricanes (12-6, 5-2 ACC). The game is set to tip off at 6 p.m. inside Reynolds Coliseum, and the game will be televised nationally on the ACC Network.
Tickets for the matchup are sold out, but fans interested in attending can check StubHub, the official fan-to-fan marketplace of the Wolfpack.

NOTING THE WOLFPACK
• NC State checked in at No. 20 in Monday's release of the AP Top 25. It marks the Pack's first time being outside of the top 15 since it was No. 13 on Dec. 2, 2019.
• The Wolfpack ranks in the top 30 nationally in fewest fouls per game (10th - 13.1), blocks per game (20th - 5.0) and rebounds per game (28th - 42.4).
• Diamond Johnson has compiled a team-best three-point shooting percentage of .429 to rank 34th nationally and second in the ACC in the category. She also leads the team in scoring (13.3) and assists (3.6) this season.
• NC State has four players averaging 9+ points per game and seven players averaging 7+ points per game. All of those women are shooting 37+ percent from the field this season. The Pack is one of five programs nationally (Baylor, Michigan State, SFA, Texas) that has seven players with those marks.
• Saniya Rivers (1.1) and Madison Hayes (0.9) both rank in the top 20 in blocks per game, with each player having posted at least one 3+ block games in 2022-23. Rivers also ranks ninth in the ACC with her team-leading 1.9 steals per game average.
• NC State has three players within 200 points of hitting the 1,000 career point milestone as Johnson (907), Mimi Collins (862) and Jada Boyd (844) all have over 800 career points.
• The Pack is looking to avoid its first three-game losing streak since the early stages of conference play in 2017-18.
• NC State fell 56-47 to North Carolina on Sunday. Prior to that game, the Wolfpack had won 76 games in a row when holding teams to fewer than 60 points.

• Thursday's game marks the 27th meeting between NC State and North Carolina. The teams met for the first time during the 1980-81 campaign and have faced off at least once a year since the 2004-05 season.
