Pack Tied For Second Heading into Final Round of Hootie at Bulls Bay

Paxton and Oxendine are in the top-10 for the Pack
AWENDAW, S.C. – The NC State men's golf team is in a tie for second place out of 16 teams with one round of play remaining at the Hootie at Bulls Bay.
NC State shot a team score of 13-under par on Monday to move up two spots into second place. The Pack is tied with Missouri and Ole Miss for second with all three teams at 20-under par. First round leader South Carolina continues to lead and has a 10-stroke lead on the field.
Easton Paxton shot a six-under par 66 to lead the Pack on Monday. The Riverton, Wyo, native is in a tie for fourth place on the individual leaderboard at eight-under par through 36 holes. He is two shots back of the leader.
Spencer Oxendine shot a five-under par 67 to move into the top-10 on the individual leaderboard. Oxendine is in a tie for ninth place at six-under par.
Maximilian Steinlechner is in a tie for 22nd place at four-under par. The Austria native has fired two-under par 70s in both rounds of play.
Carter Graf is next for the Pack in a tie for 35th place at two-under par. He fired an even-par 72 on Monday.
Ethan Choi rounds out the NC State lineup in a tie for 65th place at two-over par.
Competing as an individual, Brandon Einstein is in a tie for 59th place at one-over par.
NC State starts the third and final round Tuesday morning at 8:45 a.m.
