#Pack9 Set For Pair Of Midweek Matchups With Elon, Coastal Carolina

RALEIGH – NC State baseball (9-6) is set for a pair of midweek contests this week, as it will make the short trip to Elon (8-6) Tuesday and then return home to host Coastal Carolina (10-6) Wednesday.
First pitch against the Phoenix is set for 4 p.m. at Latham Park and the game will be broadcast on FloBaseball ($). Wednesday's game with the Chanticleers is set for 7 p.m. at Doak Field at Dail Park and it will be broadcast on the ACC Network. There will be an audio stream on WKNC 88.1 and the Varsity Network App for both contests.
Elon is finishing up a series with UNCG Monday afternoon before turning its attention to the Wolfpack.

LAST TIME OUT
NC State opened ACC play last weekend when it hosted then-No. 3 Notre Dame in Raleigh. Due to adverse weather conditions on Saturday, the teams were only able to play two games. In Friday's series opener the Irish managed to make a late comeback and win the first game, 8-4, in 12 innings, and on Sunday the Pack made it a one-run game in the fifth but the Irish escaped with an 11-4 victory.
SERIES HISTORY
Tuesday will be the 58th all-time meeting between the Wolfpack and Phoenix, as NC State owns a 44-13 advantage in the series. The teams last met on March 26, 2019, in Raleigh, and the Pack earned a 21-2 win.
NC State has won seven of the last eight matchups between the teams, including each of the last four.
Wednesday will mark the 34th meeting in the series history between the Pack and Chanticleers, and NC State leads the all-time series, 19-14. They last met on March 4, 2020, in Raleigh, and the Pack won, 24-7 (7 inn.).
