
Pack in Sixth Place after One Round of General Hackler

Second Round play on Sunday was suspended because of darkness
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - The NC State men's golf team is in sixth place after one round of play at the General Hackler held at The Dunes Beach & Golf Club.
Originally, 36 holes were supposed to be played on Sunday but a two-and-a-half hour frost delay to start the day prevented the second round from being completed before darkness.
Monday will see the teams finish their second round before completing the third and final round.
The Pack was led by Maximilian Steinlechner who is in a for fifth place after shooting a three-under par 69 in the first round.
Easton Paxton is in a tie for 25th place after a one-over par 73.Â
Spencer Oxendine is one shot back after Paxton and Carter Graf is one shot back of Oxendine.
Ethan Choi rounds out the NC State lineup in 57th place. Brandon Einstein, competing as an individual this weekend, is also in a tie for 57th place.
Auburn is the first round leader after shooting a team score of seven-under. South Carolina is one shot back of the Tigers in second.Â
