RALEIGH – NC State softball began its home schedule with two victories as the Wolfpack defeated Lehigh, 3-0 before taking down Fairfield in walk-off fashion, 5-2 on Friday at Dail Softball Stadium in the Wolfpack Classic.
The Wolfpack's (6-1) offense started slowly in both games but the team was able to muster up a couple of key hits late in each game to finish day one of the Wolfpack Classic undefeated.
LEHIGH RECAP
