Douglas Honored as ACC Field Performer of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. - NC State graduate student Von Douglas has been named ACC Field Performer of the Week, as announced by the conference on Tuesday.
The honor is Douglas' first of the 2022 indoor season.Â

The Atlanta, Ga., native recorded an impressive mark in the men's long jump at Clemson's Bob Pollock Meet on Friday. His first-place leap of 8.08m (26'6.25") replaced his own second-best mark in the nation. The mark additionally checked into in the NC State record book as the second-best long jump in program history.
