• The Wolfpack has won each of its first three conference games of the year by 27+ points. NC State has only won three ACC games by such margins in one other season under the leadership of Coach Moore (it won three ACC games by 28+ in 2018-19 but not consecutively).
• NC State has spent three straight weeks as the nation's No. 5 team in the Associated Press Top 25. The Wolfpack has been ranked fifth or higher every poll this season.
• The Wolfpack is nationally ranked:
2nd in three-point percentage (.419)
3rd in field-goal percentage (.482)
7th in scoring margin (+23.4)

• Elissa Cunane (13.1) and Diamond Johnson (12.8) both rank in the top 18 in the ACC in scoring. Cunane is also ninth in rebounding average (7.3).
• Raina Perez's 3.3 assists per game is good for 10th in the ACC, and she owns the conference's second-best assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.42. The graduate guard most recently dished out a season-high eight dimes at Clemson.
SERIES HISTORY (NC State leads 60-53)

• NC State owns a 30-17 advantage in the series when playing on its home court. The Pack has won each of its last two home games against the Tar Heels.
• NC State and North Carolina last faced off on Feb. 21, 2021 inside Reynolds Coliseum. The Wolfpack beat the Tar Heels by a final score of 82-63 with the help of 20+ point games from both Jakia Brown-Turner and Kayla Jones.
• Thursday's game will mark the first time that NC State and North Carolina have matched up as a pair of ranked teams since Feb. 16, 2014. In that game, the 17th-ranked Tar Heels beat the 10th-ranked Wolfpack 89-82 inside Reynolds Coliseum.
