Women's Golf To Open Season Monday At Cougar Classic

RALEIGH - The NC State women's golf team is set to open its 2021-22 season Monday as it heads to Hanahan, S.C., to compete in the seventeenth annual Cougar Classic.
Hosted by the College of Charleston at Yeamans Hall Club, the tournament field consists of 17Â teams, and NC State is one of four Atlantic Coast Conference programs participating in the event. For the Wolfpack, this week will mark the 16th year it has competed in the Cougar Classic.Â
The teams will play 36 holes Monday in an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start, and the final round will be held Tuesday in an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start.
