GAME 1 RECAP
Similar to Friday's win, the Wolfpack would play from behind early as Georgia Tech went up 4-0 in the top of the first. An RBI single in the first by Tatyana Forbes, followed by a solo home run from Farricker in the second would cut Tech's lead to two, 4-2.

Farricker also came up big with a lead off home run to open the bottom of the seventh. As a pinch hitter with one out, Brigette Nordberg sent a fly out to right field, advancing pinch runner Laine Marak to third. Marak tied the game on a throwing error by the right fielder seconds before Same Russ hit her second walk off home run of the season, winning NC State's sixth-straight game.
