Seniors in a tie for 10th place after two rounds of play

PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FLA. – Seniors Christian Salzer and Benjamin Shipp are both tied for 10th place after two rounds of play at the Sea Best Invitational played on Dye's Valley at TPC Sawgrass.
The NC State men's golf team is in a tie for seventh place in the 14 team field after two rounds.
Salzer shot a one-under par 69 in the first round on Monday and an even-par 70 in the second round while Shipp shot even-par in the first round and led the Pack's effort in the second round with a 69.
Easton Paxton is next for the Pack in 25th place after rounds of 72 and 70 on Monday.
Max Steinlechner is in a tie for 63rd place at 10-over par for the tournament while Thomas Deal rounds out the NC State lineup in 73rd place at 15-over par.
Brett McLamb, competing as an individual, is in a tie for 63rd place.
The third and final round for NC State starts at 8 a.m. on Tuesday with the Pack going off of hole 1 and playing with USC Upstate and Lipscomb.
