NC State Wrestling Sending Seven to UWW Junior Nationals

Six true freshmen to see first action since arriving in Raleigh
RALEIGH, N.C. – Seven current members of the NC State wrestling team will be in action this weekend, coming at the UWW Junior Nationals. The event will take place at the MECA-CHI Health Center of Omaha in Omaha, Nebraska.
In all styles, the winner of the UWW Junior Nationals will earn a bid to the 2021 Senior World Team Trials and the 2021 Junior World Team Trials, if age eligible.
Jr. Tyrie Houghton is the lone returner from the Pack's 2020 ACC Championship squad that will be in action, and he will be joined by six true freshmen competing for the first time since arriving at NC State this summer.
Fr. Isaac Trumble will be competing in both freestyle and Greco-roman, while all of the other six wrestlers will be wrestling freestyle.
