Hokie Invitational Final Results

BLACKSBURG, Va. – Cravont Charleston clocked in at 21.40 in the men's 200m dash to take first place at the Hokie Invitational on Saturday.

In addition, the Pack set five new personal-best marks on the day.

Jumps: Mikieja Covington set a new PR in the women's high jump with a 5'52.5" (1.58m).

Sprints: Alexis Patterson needed only 24.84 in the women's 200m dash, and Nia Judkins' 25.45 and Alexis Postell's 25.80 were personal-bests.

Behind Charleston in the 200m, Junpai Dowdy set a new PR (21.92) behind teammate Henry Young (21.76).

Throws: Kayla Beasley recorded a 43'1.75" (13.15m) in the women's shot put and moved into the NC State top 10 in the category, and Mikieja Covington's 36'3.5" (11.06m) mark set a new PR.

Tyson Fortenberry's 54'1" (16.48m) throw in men's shot put ranks in the top 10 in the NC State record books.
