
Brady Advances to Platform Semifinal at USA Diving Winter Nationals

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – NC State diver James Brady advanced to the USA Diving Winter Nationals platform semifinal on Friday. The senior made his season platform debut at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center, finishing in the top 15 in the semifinal with a final score of 606.10.
Brady recorded a 315.10 in quarterfinal action Friday afternoon to earn a spot in the semifinal.
"It was a solid outing for James," said head diving coach Yahya Radman. "We're pleased with his return and are glad to use this opportunity to fine-tune a few details for the postseason."
Brady and the rest of the diving team will return to action Jan. 3-5, 2020, at the Tennessee Diving Invitational in Knoxville, Tenn.
