#Pack9 Ranked No. 16 In Collegiate Baseball Preseason Poll

TUCSON, Ariz. – Following a strong 2019 campaign which featured 42 wins and the program's ninth NCAA Regional appearance in 10 seasons, NC State baseball checks in at No. 16 on Collegiate Baseball's 2020 Preseason Poll, recently announced by the organization.
This is the fourth consecutive season the #Pack9 has been featured on Collegiate Baseball's preseason poll, and the 18th-straight year the squad has either started or finished the season nationally ranked.
NC State is one of six ACC teams to appear in the top 17 of the Fab 40 list, as it will play a total of 32 games versus teams ranked or receiving votes for the poll.
The Pack opens the 2020 season Feb. 14 against James Madison, with first pitch slated for 3 p.m. at Doak Field at Dail Park.
2020 NC State baseball season tickets are SOLD OUT. Bojangles mini packs and single game tickets will go on sale to the public beginning Dec. 18.
