
Freshmen Remain Unbeaten in Doubles at Kitty Harrison Invitational

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The NC State women's tennis team completed its second day of action at the Kitty Harrison Invitational on Saturday. Freshmen Lana Mavor and Marta Gonzalez-Ballbe carried their impressive doubles performance on Friday into Saturday.
The duo defeated William & Mary's Raffaela Alhach and Elisa Van Meeteren 8-3 to continue its undefeated status at the tournament in doubles (3-0).
Mavor took Duke's Meible Chi, tabbed at No. 18 in the national rankings, to three sets on Saturday.
