
Pack Hosts St. Francis Brooklyn Saturday at Reynolds Coliseum

RALEIGH, NC – The NC State men's basketball team hosts St. Francis Brooklyn Saturday inside Reynolds Coliseum. The game will start at noon with the game being televised on ACC Network Extra.

Pack Tracks
- NC State defeated FIU, 86-77, on Wednesday evening to move to 2-1 on the season. Six players scored in double figures for the Pack, led by C.J. Bryce with 16 points. Also reaching double figures was Pat Andree (14), Devon Daniels (14), D.J. Funderburk (11), Manny Bates (10) and Markell Johnson (10).
- Senior guard C.J. Bryce is averaging 19.7 points per game this season and is shooting 61% (25-of-41) from the field. He currently ranks fifth in the ACC in scoring and fourth in the conference in field goal percentage. He is the only player in the ACC to rank in the top-five in both categories.
- Redshirt freshman Manny Bates has 14 blocked shots in the first three games of this career. He had five in his NC State debut against Georgia Tech last Tuesday and seven against Detroit Mercy on Sunday. The seven blocked shots are the most by an ACC player this season and tie for the sixth-most in a single game in program history. Bates has the most blocks of any player in the ACC and currently ranks fourth in the NCAA in blocked shots per game (4.7).
- NC State's Pat Andree and Braxton Beverly have combined to hit 15 three-pointers in the first three games. It ties for the second-most three-pointers by an ACC duo behind only Louisville's Ryan McMahon and Jordan Nwora who have hit combined to hit 18 three-pointers in the Cardinals' first three games of the season.

- NC State is 16-1 in regular season home games played at Reynolds Coliseum since the team moved to PNC Arena prior to the 1999-2000 season.
- The Pack's bench scored 39 points on Wednesday night and outscored FIU's bench by 29. All three players that came off-the-bench, Pat Andree, Devon Daniels and D.J. Funderburk scored in double figures. Last season, NC State had the most proficient bench in the ACC, averaging to score 29.0 points per game and outscoring the opponent's bench by 469 points. This season, NC State is averaging 27.3 points per game and has outscored the opponent's bench by 45 points, 82-37.
- After only scoring 14 points total on second chance opportunities in the first two games of the season, the Pack had 20 second chance points and 18 offensive rebounds in Wednesday's win over FIU. The Pack led the ACC in offensive rebounding last season (13.6 per game), but were averaging just 9.5 offensive rebounds per game prior to registering 18 against FIU.
- Pat Can Start Hot: In two of Pat Andree's three career games at NC State he has gotten off to a red-start hot from long-range. Against Georgia Tech, Andree hit his first three three-point attempts and scored 12 points total in the first eight minutes of the game. On Wednesday night against FIU, Andree came off-the-bench, subbing in with 12:19 to go in the first half and the Pack trailing, 17-8. He hit all four of his three-pointers in the next four minutes of game action and by the time he subbed out of the game with 5:37 to go in the first half, NC State had a 30-26 lead.
