Pack Begins Play at NCAA Raleigh Regional Monday

RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State men's golf team begins NCAA Regional play Monday as the No. 6 seed in the Raleigh Regional held at Lonnie Poole Golf Course.
The Pack has earned a bid into an NCAA Regional for the 10th time in the last 11 seasons.
The Pack enters the NCAA Regional coming off shooting its best score at the ACC Championship since 2002 with a three-round score of 846. Stephen Franken led the Pack with a three-day score of 10-under par. The sixth-place finish was the ACC Player of the Year's seventh top-10 finish in 10 tournaments this year.
Six 54-hole regional tournaments will be conducted May 14-16. The low five teams and the low individual not on those teams from each regional will advance to the finals.
Team and individual medalist titles will be decided May 25-30 at Karsten Creek Golf Club in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
