Wolfpack Selected For San Francisco Women's Golf Regional

RALEIGH - For the 16th time in 17 seasons, the NC State women's golf team will compete in NCAA Regional play. The Wolfpack will be the No. 9 seed in the San Francisco Regional, which will be played May 7-9 at TPC Harding Park Golf Club.
The Pack is currently listed at No. 32 in the latest GolfStat team rankings. The squad finished up play on Monday at the ACC Championship in Greensboro, N.C., where it finished T8th and Laura Kowohl garnered a top 15 individual finish.
NC State has advanced to the NCAA Championship in three of the last six years, with its last appearance coming in 2015.
The top six teams and three individuals (not on a qualifying team) from each regional will advance to the NCAA Championship in Stillwater, Okla., which will take place May 18-23 at Karsten Creek Golf Club.
