Weekend Schedule Adjusted, #Pack9-Notre Dame to Play Doubleheader Saturday

RALEIGH, N.C. – In an effort to avoid the likelihood of inclement weather on Sunday, NC State and Notre Dame will play a doubleheader on Saturday with the first game set for 2 p.m. and the second game will have a 6:30 p.m. first pitch at Doak Field at Dail Park.

There will not be a game on Sunday. Both games will be broadcast live on the ACC Network Extra and continue to have radio coverage on WKNC 88.1 FM and GoPack.com for premium subscribers.

Saturday's ticket will be valid for both games of the doubleheader. Fans may exchange their ticket to Sunday's game for a general admission ticket to another home game this season, subject to availability.

The first 500 fans in attendance for the first game of the doubleheader starting at 2 p.m. will receive a free 1968 pennant. Gates open for the contest at 12:30 p.m.

The 1968 Team Presentation will take place prior to game two.

The egg hunt originally scheduled for Sunday, April 15 vs. Notre Dame has been rescheduled and will now take place following the game on Sunday, April 29 vs. UNC-Chapel Hill.

Zoo Day originally slated for Sunday's game vs. Notre Dame will be rescheduled for Sunday, May 13 vs. Wake Forest.
