TRUJILLO, Peru -- Young Wolfpack standouts Cravont Charleston and Gabriele Cunningham each claimed gold medals as Team USA swept 4x100m relay titles Saturday afternoon at the 2017 Pan America Junior Track & Field Championships. As an individual, Cunningham took home a bronze medal in the women's 200m.
