RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State men's tennis team faces a final regular-season opportunity this Sunday, as it travels to No. 20 Georgia Tech. NC State enters the contest with a 13-13 (4-7 ACC) record, while Georgia Tech holds a 15-6 (7-4 ACC) record.

Scouting GT:
The Yellow Jackets have lost three straight matches ahead of Sunday, including falling 4-3 in their last two results. However, Georgia Tech has several quality wins this season with victories over Tennessee, South Carolina, Stanford, Florida State, Notre Dame and Duke. Individually, Christopher Eubanks leads the team in singles play, checking in at No. 7 in the latest ITA singles rankings. Andrew Li rounds out the singles rankings for GT, checking in at No. 105. In doubles play, Eubanks and Carlos Benito have moved from not ranked to No. 69 in the nation and Benito and Carlos Divar are ranked No. 75 in doubles.

NC State honored senior Nick Horton in a pre-match ceremony before taking on No. 1 Wake Forest. The short-handed Wolfpack fell to the top-ranked Demon Deacons, but Alexis Galarneau earned a solid win over No. 45 Borna Gojo to highlight the match for the Pack.

Pack In The Polls:
Horton moved up four spots to No. 76 in the singles poll after defeating his fifth ranked opponent of the season and Galarneau checked in at No. 119 in the latest poll. The duo is ranked at No. 53 in the doubles poll, while Galarneau and Michael Ogden lead the team and debut in the doubles poll at No. 48 after sweeping both of their opponents last weekend from the top doubles spot.
