RALEIGH – A winner in five of its last six games, the No. 17/17 NC State women's basketball team (18-6, 8-3 ACC) returns home from a three-game road trip to host Virginia Tech Sunday afternoon. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m. from Kay Yow Court inside Reynolds Coliseum with live coverage provided by ACC Network Extra.

LAST GAME
NC State picked up an important road victory over a top-50 RPI opponent Thursday evening, winning 75-67 in overtime at Georgia Tech.

Dominique Wilson led the Wolfpack with 23 points on 7-18 shooting and an 8-8 performance from the free throw line. Ashley Williams finished with 16 points (5-9 shooting from distance) and Miah Spencer (16) and Chelsea Nelson (15) also scored in double figures. Sophomore DD Rogers played an important role off the bench, recording nine rebounds, three steals, and one block in 28 minutes of play when Jennifer Mathurin got into early foul trouble.

NOTING THE WOLFPACK
-NC State enters Sunday's game the owner of an 18-6 record, an 8-3 mark in ACC play, and the No. 17 national ranking in both the AP and USA Today polls.

The five players in NC State's normal starting lineup have individually scored 10+ points in an astounding 243 games. Miah Spencer leads all starters with 10+ points in 77 of her 121 career games.

OVERTIME THRILLERS
NC State has won two straight overtime games. The last time the Wolfpack achieved this feat was during the 2013-14 season, when NC State won 72-71 in overtime at Virginia Tech on Feb. 9, 2014 and followed it up with a 69-63 overtime win at Clemson on Feb. 13. The Wolfpack has never before played three straight overtime games in program history.

WOLFPACK AGAINST RANKED OPPONENTS
NC State is currently 4-2 against ranked opponents this season, with all four wins coming over teams ranked within the top 15. The last time NC State won four games against top-15 foes was the 1997-98 season, when the team advanced to the Final Four.

JUST THE TWO OF US
NC State and No. 1/1 UConn have something in common this season: the Wolfpack and Huskies are the only teams to beat Florida State and both Notre Dame and Florida State.

SHE'S THE ONLY ONE
Miah Spencer (1,448 points and 458 assists) is the first player in the 42.5 season history of the NC State women's basketball program to score 1,400 points and dish out 450 assists in a career. She currently ranks 18th in scoring and fifth in assists.

SCOUTING THE HOKIES
