RALEIGH- The NC State women's golf team is set to open its fall portion of the 2016-17 season Sunday at the Cougar Classic in Hanahan, S.C. The tournament is slated to run through Tuesday as the Wolfpack will take part in a strong 21-team field.
Tournament Information:
Course: Yeaman's Hall Club – hosted by College of Charleston
Par: 72
Yards: 6,224
Format: 54 holes (18 holes - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday)
Tee Times: NC State will be paired with competitors from Auburn and Furman between 11:05 and 11:41 a.m. Sunday, and between 9:30 and 10:06 a.m. Monday. All competitors will tee off from the first tee Sunday and Monday, and there will be a 9 a.m. shotgun start Tuesday.

- Competed for Canada in 2016 World Amateur Championship and finished sixth on the individual leaderboard.
- Posted the second-lowest stroke average on the team last season (75.41).
- Posted two top-25 finishes as a freshman last season.
