Pack Fourth Heading Into Final #ACCWGolf Round

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Behind standout play from Rachael Taylor and Naomi Ko, the NC State women's golf team stands fourth after 36 holes at the ACC Women's Golf Championship at Sedgefield. Taylor and Ko are tied for seventh overall in the 60-player field.

ROUND 2 RESULTS | ROUND 3 TEE TIMES

Taylor (+2) led the way on Saturday wtih a 1-under 71. One day after shooting 71 herself, Ko shot 75. Both players are 2-over and just four shots out of fourth place. Sarah Bae and Leonie Bettel each improved from Friday to Saturday, combining to shave four shots off their combined scores from the first round.

Defending champion Virginia owns a 6-shot lead over Wake Forest. Duke is third at +14, just four shots ahead of the Wolfpack. Clemson is fifth, three shots behind the Pack. Virginia's Lauren Coughlin (-7) is the tourney leader heading into Sunday.

NC State will begin Sunday's final round at 8:30 a.m. from hole one. Following #ACCWGolf, the Wolfpack will await its NCAA Regional fate.
