Brackets Announced for Sunday’s ACC Wrestling Championship

RALEIGH, N.C. - The ACC announced the seeds and brackets for the 2016 ACC Championhip, which takes place this Sunday at Charlottesville, Va.
NC State earned four No. 1 seeds, 141, 157, 165 and 285 pounds, a mark that led the conference. Virginia Tech (125, 184) and North Carolina (149, 174) each had a pair of No. 1 seeds, while Duke (197) and Virginia (133) had one apiece.
The Wolfpack also had the #2 seed at 125 and 184 pounds. The top two seeds in each weight class will have a first round bye. No Pack wrestler was lower then a #4 seed in any of the 10 weight classes.
ESPN3 will broadcast all the action starting with the first round at 11 a.m. on Sunday. The finals are tentatively schedule to begin at 7 p.m. You can also follow NC State Wrestling on twitter at @PackWrestle for updates throughout the day.
