Wolfpack to compete in second tournament of fall season
RALEIGH- The NC State women's golf team is set for its second tournament of the fall season, as the Wolfpack will take a short trip to Chapel Hill, N.C., to play in the Ruth's Chris Tar Heel Invitational Friday through Sunday.

NC State is prepped to play among another strong field of competition this weekend, as nine of the 17 teams the Pack will face are listed in the top 50 of the latest GolfWeek team rankings.

Tournament Information:
Course: Finley Golf Course – hosted by UNC-Chapel Hill
Par: 72
Yards: 6,379
Format: 54 holes (18 holes – Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Tee Times: NC State will be paired with competitors from Alabama and Michigan between 9:09 and 9:45 a.m. Friday, while Saturday's tee times will be based upon team placement after round one. Competitors will tee off from holes one and 10 Friday and Saturday, and there will be a 9 a.m. shotgun Sunday.
Crystal Huang and Sarah Bae, who are slated to play as indviduals, will tee off at 8:51 and 9 a.m. Friday, in respective order. Their tee times for Saturday will be based on placement after the first day pf play.Â

Last Time Out:
NC State finished 14th of 21 teams at the Cougar Classic (Oct. 2-4) in Hanahan, S.C. The team was led by India Clyburn's 13th-place finish with a three-under total of 213 out of 108 golfers.

On the first day of play the Pack posted a team score of 285 (-3), which marked the sixth-lowest 18-hole round in program history.
