Wolfpack Women to Compete at 2015 Cancun Challenge

RALEIGH --Â The NC State women's basketball team will compete against Seton Hall and UAB as a part of the 2015 Cancun Challenge at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya this November. The Wolfpack will take on the Pirates on Nov. 26 and the Blazers on Nov. 27.Â
2015 Cancun Challenge Game Schedule (All Times ET)
Thursday, Nov. 26 -- NC State vs. Seton Hall (6:30 p.m.)Â
Friday, Nov. 27 -- NC State vs. UAB (4 p.m.)Â
Atlantic Coast Conference foes Duke and Georgia Tech will also be in the tournament, along with High Point, Iowa State, Texas State, Idaho, and Northern Iowa. Due to the structure of the competition, the Wolfpack will only play Seton Hall and UAB while in Mexico.Â
NC State claimed a tournament title in Cancun during November of 1999, defeating Drake and Kansas State. The Wolfpack has won 33 regular-season tournaments in program history, most recently taking top honors at the 2013 San Diego Surf n' Slam with victories over Kansas State and San Diego State.Â

This is the second official schedule announcement for the Wolfpack's 2015-16 season, as the ACC announced on May 27 that the Pack will play at Nebraska on Dec. 3 in the annual Big Ten/ACC Challenge.Â
