NOTING THE WOLFPACK
-NC State enters Wednesday's game the owner of a 16-13 record.
-The Pack finished 10th in the ACC regular-season standings.
-Due to injuries, NC State has been down to seven scholarship athletes and nine in total since Feb. 8 and will be for the remainder of the season.
-NC State has hit 214 3FG this season. The current record of 242 was set during the 2013-14 campaign.
-All three of NC State's starting guards average at least 10.5 points per game.
-All three of NC State's final regular-season opponents were ranked in the AP top 10 at tip-off.
PACK IN THE ACC TOURNEY
In addition to five regular-season ACC titles (1978, 80, 83, 85, 90), the Wolfpack has claimed four ACC Tournament titles (1980, 85, 87, 91). In 77 tournament games, the Pack has earned 44 wins (.571). NC State is 5-2 in seven prior first-round games.

-The Hokies' lone ACC win came against Wake Forest on Jan. 23.
-Virginia Tech is led in scoring by Vanessa Panousis' 13.2 points per game.

OVERCOMING ADVERSITY
Due to injuries and the NCAA's ruling on freshman center Sara Boric, NC State has had five student-athletes on its team this season miss a combined 69 games.
SURPRISE APPEARANCE ON SENIOR DAY
Despite being ruled out for the season with a Dec. 19 ACL injury, senior captain Krystal "KB" Barrett made one last appearance at Reynolds Coliseum on NC State's March 1 Senior Day vs. No. 4 Notre Dame. The Texas native played 30 seconds and hit a three-pointer with 12 seconds remaining in the contest.
APPROACHING 600 WINS AND VERY ELITE COMPANY
With a career head coaching record of 599-190 (.759), Wes Moore is just one win away from his 600th victory. If the milestone is achieved within the Wolfpack's next 11 games, Moore will become just the ninth coach in NCAA history to achieve 600 victories in 800 games or less. Among the notable coaches who have met this criteria: Geno Auriemma and Pat Summitt.
FOUR FIGURES
Senior captain Len'Nique Brown-Hoskin is rapidly approaching the 1,000-point mark. The Texas native has scored 955 career points in 133 games, 841 of which have come at NC State.
SIGNATURE WIN
NC State earned its signature win on Feb. 22, defeating No. 10 Duke 72-59. The Pack has won 41 games over opponents ranked in the national top ten throughout program history.
LIMITING BAD LOSSES
Zero of NC State's 13 losses this season have been against poor opposition. As of the NCAA's March 2 RPI release, the average ranking of the teams which have defeated NC State is 40. None of NC State's defeats have come against teams with an RPI higher than 105 (Boston College).
