Wolfpack Concludes Season at No. 22 Duke Sunday

RALEIGH – The NC State women's soccer team concludes the 2015 season at No. 22 Duke Sunday afternoon. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. from Koskinen Stadium in Durham.
THE LAST TIME...
NC State ended the season against a ranked foe was in 2013, when Tim Santoro's first Wolfpack team defeated No. 23 Wake Forest 2-1 in Raleigh. This was NC State's first victory over a ranked team since Sept. 24, 2009.
LAST MATCH
NC State fell 7-1 against No. 1 Virginia on Oct. 28 in Raleigh. Freshman midfielder Taylor Porter scored her first career goal in the defeat.
THE REGULARS
Only four Wolves have started all 18 matches of the 2015 season. Two of them--Hannah Keogh and Taylor Porter--are true freshmen. Two more freshmen--Ella Bonner and Crystal Cordova--have played all 18 matches this season.
YOUTH MOVEMENT
Nine of NC State's 14 goals (.643) and 26 of the Wolfpack's 42 points (.619) this season have come from freshmen and sophomores.
SCOUTING THE BLUE DEVILS
-Duke enters Sunday's match the owner of a 9-5-4 record, the No. 22 national ranking in the latest NSCAA poll, and a 3-3-3 mark in ACC matches.
-The Blue Devils have scored 29 goals this season while allowing 13.
-Kayla McCoy leads the team with six goals.
-Duke has picked up wins over the following ranked foes: William & Mary, Southern Cal, and UNC-Chapel Hill.

-Sunday's match marks the 32nd meeting between NC State and Duke.
-The Blue Devils hold a 20-10-1 advantage in the series.
