RALEIGH, N.C. - The NC State women's tennis team will face No. 65 William and Mary on Thursday, March 15, at 4 p.m. at the J.W. Isenhower Tennis Center. The match is set to begin at 4 p.m., and will serve as Wolfpack Club Night. Howling Cow ice cream will be available to all fans in attendance.
While NC State is not ranked as a team, the Pack does feature a netter ranked in singles action. Joelle Kissell, who is No. 60 in the most recent Intercollegiate Tennis Association singles poll, is 7-3 on the season, and has picked up two ranked wins.
No. 65 William and Mary has one player in the singles rankings as well, No. 109 Maria Belaya. The Tribe also features a doubles team in the polls, with Belaya and Jeltje Loomans coming in at No. 39.
The Wolfpack is currently undefeated on the new outdoor courts, having topped Wake Forest in thrilling fashion at the grand opening of the stadium.
