Pack Travels to Wake Forest Invitational

RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State men’s tennis team will take to the road this weekend, when it travels to the Wake Forest Invitational in Winston-Salem, N.C. Tournament play will begin on Friday, Oct. 12 and conclude on Sunday, Oct. 14.

Representing NC State at the invitational will be senior Dave Thomson, junior Rafael Paez, and freshmen Trey Carter, Simon Norenius, and Thomas Weigel.

The Wolfpack will be joined in the tournament by host Wake Forest and teams from Davidson, Duke, Elon, Furman, Liberty, Longwood, Norfolk State, North Carolina, Old Dominion, Richmond, UNC- Greensboro and UNC Wilmington.

Play will begin on Friday at 9 a.m. in doubles play, with singles play set to get underway at 1 p.m. Friday’s schedule will consist of two rounds of doubles play and one round of singles play.

Results will be posted to GoPack.com at the conclusion of play each day.
