NCAA Individual Championships Kick Off Wednesday

PALO ALTO, CALIF. - 28th-ranked Sanaa Bhambri represents NC State in the NCAA Singles Championship Wednesday, May 25 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
Bhambri drew California's 55th-ranked Tayler Davis in the round of 64. With a win, Bhambri would become the first NC State single to score a win in the NCAA Championship and advance to play either 11th-ranked Josipa Bek of Clemson or 43rd-ranked Stacey Tan of Stanford.
On Thursday, May 26, play begins in the NCAA Doubles Championship as Bhambri teams with Sandhya Nagaraj against Venise Chan and Denise Dy of Washington. Nagaraj and Bhambri enter the match ranked 17th, slight underdogs to 13th-ranked Chan and Dy. Start time for the match is TBA, beginning as soon as singles play has completed for the day.
